Today NRIs are the savviest property investors in India and the primary reason behind it is a continuous rise in demand for commercial spaces such as Grade A offices, co-working office spaces and IT parks. Reports suggest that around 30 percent of NRIs are looking to invest in property as an asset class and the number increases year by year.
