Aspire Systems Acquires UAE-based iApps & the Oracle Unit of Valforma Technology Services
Aspire Systems, an international technology services firm, has wholly acquired iApps, an Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist, based in UAE along with the acquisition of Oracle Business Unit from Valforma Technology Services. The acquisition of iApps and Valforma will aid Aspire service mid-size and large enterprises in their move to the cloud from on-premise applications. The capabilities of iApps and Valforma will support Aspire develop cloud-based IPs including iEstate, iAutodealer, iPublish, iQuote, and iEnergy which are industry-specific Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation accelerators. Aspire will also be able to address the postmodern ERP strategy that involves surrounding core ERP solutions with best-in-class cloud solutions to enable faster processing, better collaboration and easy to use analytics.
